ALUMESS – Since 1993 the fixturing system of the supplier industry

The modular ALUMESS fixturing systems enable a precisely positioned and reproducible setup of clamping fixtures for different workpieces of all industries.

They are designed for flexible use at the measuring station, on coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and optical measuring systems. Special fixturing system for laser machining – laser welding, laser engraving or laser marking.

Fixing and clamping of workpieces within seconds due to the quick-change mechanism of ALUMESS.basic. The clamping system is suitable for tactile measurements at the measuring station and on coordinate measuring machines (CMMs). Workpieces are fixed true-to-contour.

ALUMESS.junior, the low-priced starter clamping system for series measurements on tactile coordinate measuring machines (CMMs). The mounting of the components is user-friendly and enables a quick clamping of the workpieces to be processed.  ALUMESS.junior is suitable for pallet automation.

ALUMESS.maxx

Solid clamping system with a wide range of components. Suitable for series measurements on tactile coordinate measuring machines (CMMs).
ALUMESS.maxx can also be used for the production of samples or prototypes, for laser inscription and laser processing or as a mounting device.

ALUMESS.easyloc

Modular combinable clamping system for optical measuring devices and optical CMMs. ALUMESS.easyloc can be easily installed due to the magnetically interlocking quick-swap pallets. Fixture solutions can be quickly changed, the measuring process can be improved and the production quantity per shift can be increased. 

ALUMESS.easyloc – Metrology is suitable for individual and series measurement – optical and tactile. Existing fixtures can be adapted effortlessly. ALUMESS.easyloc – Laser is suitable for laser marking, laser engraving und laser welding.
